Day 1 – Arrival in Lima – Tuesday September 29 – 2026

Welcome to Peru! Upon arrival at Lima's international airport,

Because your accommodations are located right by the airport, you won't have to navigate city traffic today. The transition from the arrivals terminal to your hotel is quick and straightforward:  Holiday Inn Lima Airport (or a similar nearby premium property), proceed to the authorized transport desk area or designated hotel shuttle waiting zone just outside the main exit doors. A representative or clearly marked shuttle van will be ready to assist with your luggage.

Day 2 – Lima to Sacred Valley - Wednesday September 30 - 2026

Early morning breakfast & transfer to airport for our flight to Cuzco (1:20 hrs) & transfer to Sacred Valley. We will visit Moray archaeological and Maras salt pans. Lunch at UNU restaurant. Then transfer to our hotel, time to relax until dinner.

Day 3 – Ollantaytambo Ruins & Machu Picchu - Thursday October 01 - 2026

Morning visit Ollantaytambo fortress, then lunch and then we will board the Peru Rail Observatory to Machu Picchu town. From here we will walk to our hotel in time to relax until dinner.

Day 4 – Machu Picchu - Huayna Picchu - Cusco - Friday October 02 - 2026

Start your enjoy a private 11:00 am guided tour of Machu Picchu, exploring the history and enigmatic energy of this world wonder.

Following the tour, unwind with a fusion lunch at Café Inkaterra, an intimate riverside setting overlooking the Vilcanota River. In the afternoon, board the PeruRail Vistadome train to Ollantaytambo, followed by a scenic two-hour drive back to Cusco.

Day 5: Cusco - Thursday Saturday 03 - 2026

Start your morning exploring an authentic local market and the colossal stonework of the Sacsayhuaman Fortress, followed by a stroll through the picturesque, whitewashed streets of the San Blas artisan quarter. Enjoy a traditional Andean lunch at Pachapapa, where rustic dishes are slow-cooked in a classic wood-fired clay oven.

In the afternoon, visit the historic Plaza de Armas to explore the Cathedral and its Museum of Religious Art, then continue to Qoricancha, the legendary Incan Temple of the Sun. Finish the day by witnessing the ingenious masonry of the Incan empire before returning to your hotel.

Day 6 – Cusco to Puno - Sunday October 04 - 2026

Take a private transfer to the station for a full-day journey aboard the PeruRail Titicaca train toward Puno. As you traverse the stunning Andean highlands and the Altiplano, enjoy live regional music, traditional dances, and gourmet onboard dining, including lunch and afternoon tea.

The route features a spectacular stop at Abra La Raya, the journey's highest point at 4,300 meters. Upon arrival at the mystical shores of Lake Titicaca, you will be met for a private transfer to your hotel.

Day 7 – Lake Crossing Titicaca - Monday October 05 - 2026

Our day begins with an early morning departure from Puno for a three-hour drive to Copacabana, where we will complete border formalities and visit the historic 17th-century Moorish-style Basilica. From there, we will board a private catamaran to cross Lake Titicaca to the southern side of Sun Island to explore the sacred Pilkokaina Palace, the Yumani Inca stairs, and the Inti Wata Cultural Complex, which features an underground museum and traditional reed boat navigation. After enjoying a buffet lunch on board while sailing toward Chua Port, we will finish the day with a two-hour land transfer across the Altiplano, arriving in La Paz around 7:00 PM for hotel check-in and a well-earned rest.

Day 8 – La Paz - Tuesday October 06 - 2026

Begin the day with an immersive morning exploration of La Paz, visiting the historic Plaza Murillo and the vibrant Witches' Market to discover local Aymara traditions before taking a scenic ride on the world’s highest cable car system for panoramic Andean views. Following a gourmet hosted lunch featuring modern Bolivian flavors, the group will return to the hotel for a free afternoon, providing guests with essential time to acclimatize to the altitude, enjoy the property's luxury amenities, or explore local artisan boutiques at their own leisure..

Day 9 – Uyuni - Wednesday October 07- 2026 

Your journey continues with a morning flight from La Paz to Uyuni, where you will be met by a 4x4 expedition team to explore the hauntingly beautiful Train Cemetery and the traditional salt processing village of Colchani. After visiting the ancient salt mines, you will drive into the heart of the world’s largest salt flat for a deluxe gourmet picnic lunch, an exclusive dining experience set against the infinite white horizon. The afternoon is spent navigating the vast crust toward Incahuasi Island, home to giant cacti and panoramic views, before finding a secluded spot to witness a breathtaking sunset where the sky reflects perfectly off the crystalline surface. To conclude this remarkable day, you will transfer to your boutique salt hotel to enjoy a sophisticated dinner and a restful night surrounded by architecture crafted entirely from salt blocks.

Day 10 – Sucre – Thursday October 08 – 2026 

Leaving the ethereal salt flats behind, your expedition heads east across the rugged beauty of the Altiplano, ascending through winding mountain passes that showcase the dramatic geological transitions of the Bolivian highlands. Your first major destination is the legendary city of Potosí, once the wealthiest metropolis in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage site, where you will have time to enjoy a traditional Andean lunch in the shadow of the iconic Cerro Rico. After exploring the city’s colonial grandeur and high-altitude atmosphere, the journey continues with a scenic descent toward Sucre, the constitutional capital of Bolivia. As the rugged high plateau gives way to the lush, temperate valleys of the Chuquisaca region, you will arrive in the "White City" by late afternoon, checking into your boutique colonial hotel to relax and enjoy the elegant evening ambiance of one of South America’s most beautiful historic centers.

Day 11 – Santa Cruz de la Sierra – Friday October 09 – 2026 

Your final day in the "White City" begins with a guided morning tour of Sucre’s historic colonial center, visiting the House of Freedom and the ornate Metropolitan Cathedral before heading to the Alcantari Airport for a quick 45-minute flight to the tropical lowlands of Santa Cruz. Upon arrival in Bolivia's most vibrant commercial hub, a private transfer will take you to your boutique hotel in the elegant Equipetrol district, such as Los Tajibos or Inboccalupo, where you will have time to settle in and enjoy the warmer climate.
