These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all bookings, reservations, and travel services provided by Wangulen Odyssey Tours LLC. By confirming a booking, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by the following:
A deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment must be received no later than 90 days prior to departure.
If booking is made within 90days of departure, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
Cancellations must be made in writing (email accepted).
Cancellation fees:
All cancellations must be made via email to info@wangulen.com with fees as follows:
— no less than 90 days before departure date, US$600 processing fee per person,
— 75-89 days before departure date, 25% of amount paid,
— 61-74 days before departure date, 50% of amount paid,
— 60-46 days before departure date, 90% of amount paid.
— 45 days or less, no refund.
Notes:
1) The cost of any airline tickets paid by Wangulen between time of deposit and cancellation are non-refundable.
2) No refunds will be paid for cancellations or changes made by the traveler during the tour.
— “No Shows” are not eligible for return of deposit; however, if we are convinced the no-show was beyond your control, and you would like to reserve a space on another tour, we will work with you to use your existing deposit, plus any paid reservations incurred due to the no-show.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify an itinerary due to weather, operational issues, or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative of equal value or a refund of unused services.
Prices are quoted in USD and based on current rates of exchange, transport, and local costs.
The package includes only the services stated in the itinerary (accommodation, transfers, meals, excursions, entrance fees, etc.).
Personal expenses (laundry, tips, drinks, optional excursions) are not included.
Wangulen acts as an intermediary for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local operators. While we take all reasonable care in selecting suppliers, we are not liable for their acts, omissions, or services.
Wangulen is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
Some activities require moderate physical fitness (e.g. hiking).
It is the traveler’s responsibility to consult a doctor regarding health conditions or medical needs.
Comprehensive travel and medical insurance (including accident and evacuation coverage) is mandatory for all travelers.
Proof of insurance must be provided prior to departure.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and necessary travel documents.
Any complaint must be raised immediately with the tour leader or local representative so we can address it promptly.
In cases of force majeure (e.g., war, civil unrest, pandemic, natural disaster), Wangulen may cancel or modify services without liability. Clients may be offered rescheduled travel or credit towards future bookings.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, where Wangulen LLC is legally registered. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, USA.
